Struggling to share key information with service users?

​Do you work in a public-facing role and frequently come into contact with people who aren't yet proficient in English? Have you ever tried to share important information but you're not sure it's getting across? ​This can be frustrating at the very least, and in many situations unsuccessful communication can have real consequences - often leaving people without access to vital services and the benefit of your skills and knowledge.
